Final Postmark/Deadline for entry into the ACME 2021 ACS Nationals is THIS MONDAY, APRIL 5 !!!!
THE ACME 2021 ACS NATIONALS IS MOVING TO THE WESTGATE RESORT & CASINO IN LAS VEGAS !!!
UPDATE: The Tropicana is completing cancellations/refunds (refunds may take a few days) of reservations made through the ACS event-specific website and notifying attendees via emails associated with the original reservation. If you made your reservation through other websites or other means and do not receive a notice of your cancellation within the next few days, please contact the Tropicana reservations phone line directly. The Westgate is receiving a flood of new reservations, and they have moved the ACS block out of “Signature” Rooms (double beds) in their central tower to “Luxe” beds (queen beds) in their North Tower. So attendees who reserved in double-bed rooms will now be automatically transferred to queen bed rooms! Smokers at the tournament will have convenient access near the tournament room to take breaks.
REMINDER: Attendees with canceled rooms at The Tropicana must still make their new reservations at the Westgate using the passkey link highlighted below. For new entries, you must still provide your Westgate hotel confirmation # on your entry form (online or mailed) in order to receive the discounted entry into the Championships.

The Tropicana will be automatically canceling and refunding all reservations made through the original online ACS room block by Tuesday, March 30. Contact the Tropicana directly if you booked your Trop room through another source. |

When the Nevada governor next updates the safety protocols for events and venues in regard to the pandemic on May 1, 2021, ACS will announce the protocols (mask-wearing guidelines or none, etc.) to the attendees that we will be asked to follow.
